Registering for a retreat or event at Malvern is easy and convenient. We offer three different methods for completing your registration:

Please print and complete the form. In order to assure confirmation of reservations, unless otherwise specified, a deposit of $25.00 is requested when you send your reservation form. Please note this applies only to the traditional men’s retreats. If you are registering for another retreat, please check with the office regarding the deposit and refund policy. Mail it along with a check made payable to:

Malvern Sponsored Retreats AND Thematic/Private Individuals
$50 Administrative fee charged for all cancellations.
If cancellation occurs 30 days prior to event – refund 100% of the balance after the $50 administrative fee.
If cancellation occurs 48 hours to 30 days prior to event – refund 50% of balance after $50 administrative fee.
If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to event – No refund.
If you cannot attend your retreat, a credit for the balance of your registration fee, after the $50 administrative fee, can be applied against the cost of another retreat in the same calendar year.
