Registering for a retreat or event at Malvern is easy and convenient. We offer three different methods for completing your registration:

Please print and complete the form. In order to assure confirmation of reservations, unless otherwise specified, a deposit of $25.00 is requested when you send your reservation form. Please note this applies only to the traditional men’s retreats. If you are registering for another retreat, please check with the office regarding the deposit and refund policy. Mail it along with a check made payable to:

Refund Policy for Non-Traditional Retreats
(Traditional retreats are those that are listed as Men or Women of Malvern retreats. This refund policy generally applies to most other overnight retreats that Malvern offers.)
- Up to 48 hours* prior to the retreat: We will refund all monies, less $50 processing fee.
- Less than 48 hours before the retreat: We will refund 50% of all monies paid.
*48-hours means a full 2 days prior to the day that the retreat is to begin. For example, for a retreat that begins on a Friday evening, the 48-hour period begins at 12:01 am on the Wednesday before the retreat.
For all of the other sponsored retreats:
