Retreat Directors and Speakers

Dcn Tom McGovern
Deacon Tom McGovern, serves his home Parish of St. Joseph in High Bridge, NJ in the Diocese of Metuchen, NJ. He was ordained in June 2012 receiving a certificate in Diaconal Ministry from Saint Elizabeth University in Convent Station, NJ. As a member of St. Joseph Parish for over 25 years, he has served in various ministries including as Youth Minister, Catechist, Lector, Eucharistic Minister, and as a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Deacon Tom serves as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities for a Fortune 500 company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Drexel University and an Associate degree in Architectural Design from the American Institute of Design.
A native Philadelphian and graduate of Northeast Catholic High School for Boys, he currently resides in Asbury, NJ in the beautiful hills of Warren County. He is a devoted husband to his wife of 30 years, Anne, and has two adult daughters.
