1954

On December 14, 1954, St. Joseph’s Hall caught fire. Luckily, the fire was contained to the third floor of the building. Although this floor was never replaced, St. Joseph’s Hall was eventually expanded to absorb the neighboring St. Mary’s Hall. This building is still in use today—it houses sleeping quarters, a library, a chapel, offices, and the Rector’s quarters.
